Punjab University gets two buses

Vice Chancellor, Punjab University, Professor Dr Mujahid Kamran inaugurated services of two new Hino buses at the Transport Workshop, here on Monday. Registrar Professor Dr Muhammad Akhtar, Resident Officer-I, Javed Sami, Project Director Sheikh Muhammad Ali, Additional Registrar-II Imran Javed and staff of Transport Wing were also present.
Dr Kamran said the buses had been added to the transport fleets to further facilitate students, especially female students. He said the PU administration would purchase more buses in future to provide maximum transport facilities to its students and employees. In his address, Resident Officer-I Javed Sami briefed the vice chancellor about the transport fleet and workshop. He thanked the vice chancellor on behalf of the Transport Wing.
