'Cabinet expansion to be according to the constitution'

Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said on Tuesday that cabinet expansion would be made according to the constitution. She called upon all the parties to come forward in to strengthen the democratic process and resolve the issues faced by the country. Replying to a question, she said white paper is part of politics and if any party is interested to issue any such paper nothing will be happen adding that present government performance is according to will of the people.
She said the PPP-led government has always struggled for the democracy and strengthening of the democratic institutions for the betterment of the people. To another question, she said that government performance is better than previous government, however, the PPP respects the mandate of every political party. The Information Minister said the government took steps to resolve the issues of Balochistan.-PR
