Governor Sindh, Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan and Chief Minister, Qaim Ali Shah expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise off renowned artist Moin Akhtar In a condolence message here on Friday evening, the governor said that the deceased was a versatile and distinguished artist. Late Moin Akhtar's role as a comedian par excellence would be long remembered. He said that the deceased had also done a lot for the revival of theatre.
He prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and fortitude to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss. Meanwhile, Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah expressed sorrow and grief over the death of celebrated artist, Moin Akhtar. In a condolence message here on Friday, he said that the deceased was an artist of international stature. Qaim said that passing away of Moin Akhtar has created a vacuum hard to be filled.
