The Punjab government on Tuesday transferred and posted senior government officials. According to a notification, Muhammad Ashraf, District Co-ordination Officer, Vehari, has been transferred and posted as Director General, Faisalabad Development Authority replacing Dr Arshad Mahmood (presently attending 9th Senior Management Course) who has been Officer on Special Duty (OSD) and directed to report to Services and General Administration Department for further orders, after completion of said course.
Posting of Nasrullah Leghari, OSD, as Director General Katchi Abadies, Punjab, against a vacant post upon his promotion to BS-20, to the rank of Secretary, on regular basis has been cancelled. Iftikhar Hussain Shah, OSD, has been posted as Director General, Katchi Abadies, Punjab, against a vacant post.
Mumtaz Ahmad Qureshi, DG Gujranwala Development Authority, has been transferred and posted as Director General, Multan Development Authority (MDA) against a vacant post on administrative grounds. Liaqat Ali Chatha, OSD, has been posted as Additional Director General of Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) on deputation basis, against a vacant post. Abdul Mustafa Nadeem, District and Sessions Judge, Muzaffargarh, has been transferred and posted as Special Judge Anti-Corruption, Multan, against an existing vacancy.
