Lahore High Court here on Monday issued notice to federal government for May 16 in an application against unscheduled load-shedding of electricity. Imtiaz Rashid Qureshi of Save Judiciary Committee, through his counsel Muteen-ul-Haq Chaudhry filed the application in an already pending petition against power outages and increase in electricity tariff.
He said that masses were already worried and perturbed at the sprawling price hike and unemployment and now load-shedding is making their lives miserable.
