Senior Advisor to Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Khan Khosa has said that Punjab government is formulating a comprehensive strategy to enhance the resources of the province which in the present circumstances is dire need of the hour. He expressed these views while presiding over the meeting of cabinet committee on resource mobilisation, here on Friday.
While addressing the meeting, Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Khan Khosa said that Punjab province has abundant resources and we have to increase our resources and utilise maximum resources for the welfare and development of common man. He said that elite class should give sacrifice for the poor. He said that Punjab government is curtailing non-development expenditures and maximum resources are being utilised for the welfare of common man.
In the meeting various proposals were discussed to increase the resources of the province. Provincial Minister for Law, Rana Sana Ullah Khan, MPA, Atta Muhammad Manika, Chairman Planning and Development, Senior Member Board of Revenue, Secretary Finance and Secretary Excise and Taxation also attended the meeting.
