Copper rose more than 1 percent on Friday on news that Greece has reached a deal with international lenders for a five-year austerity plan and industrialised countries had tapped oil reserves to stimulate global growth. The most-active September copper contract on the Shanghai Futures Exchange rose 750 yuan to 68,020 yuan per tonne.
