ISE index sheds 8.72 points

Bears dominated the proceedings at Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Monday where equities showed negative signs amid decrease in index. ISE-10 Index was down by 8.72 points from 2,753.63 points to 2,744.91 points. Turnover amounted to 144,868 shares as compared to previous turnover of 30,098 shares.
Total 135 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks, 82, closed in negative territory and 53 landed in plus column. The volume of Fatima Fertiliser was 105,000 shares. The volume of Lotte Pakistan PTA was 14,000 shares. The turnover of Fauji Fertiliser Bin Qasim was 10,000 shares.
