Taiwan computer giant Acer Inc has won the contract to supply computer systems to primary schools in Thailand's capital Bangkok, Acer said on Monday. Under the contract between Acer and the Bangkok Education Authority, Acer is to supply over 21,000 PCs and servers to 442 Bangkok primary schools for computer studies.
Founded in 1976, Ace claims to be the world's second-largest personal computer and notebook brand.
