Pakistani Navy has initiated court martial proceedings against three senior officials who have been charged with committing lapses during a terrorist attack on a naval airbase in Karachi, a private TV channel reported Wednesday. The commanding officer of PNS Mehran, the naval aviation commander and security officer of the airbase are facing court martial, the channel reported.
According to the channel, court martial proceedings began after a naval board of inquiry into the attack on the PNS Mehran airbase submitted its findings.
