The political authorities and Frontier Constabulary Personnel Sunday held crackdown against outlaws in Malikhel area and dismantled houses of three wanted miscreants and arrested 23 suspects under Frontier Crimes Regulations.
According to the political administration, the crackdown was launched on a tip-off about the presence of militants in the area. Accompanied by tribal elders and chieftains of different tribesmen, the law enforcement agencies dismantled the houses of three key miscreants at village Malikhel while 23 suspects were sent behind the bar under FCR.
After the cleanup operation, the political authorities restored the incentives including salaries of the people of village Malikhel. Talking to reporters, Political Agent Kurram Agency, Syed Shahab Ali Shah said that action against outlaws would be taken on the basis of credible information and no group or person would be allowed to disrupt peace of the agency.
