Cottonseed rates up; wheat, Irri 6's down on grain market

Cottonseeds prices were higher on the wholesale gain market on Tuesday in process of trading, dealers said. On the seed side, cottonseed oilcake with bag Sindh were higher by Rs 50 to Rs 1150-1250, other items did not show any change due to balanced demand and supply position, they said.
On the cereal side, wheat old and new (burden) shed Rs 15 to Rs 2585-2600, other items retained the overnight levels, they said. On the rice side, Irri-6 Sindh low type was lower by Rs 50 to Rs 3675 while good type was down by Rs 25 to Rs 3725, they said. Prices on the grams sector did not show any change during the session, they said.
