A minibus type carrier swept away in the flood of hill torrent at Fazila Kachh (Taunsa Sharif) in Dera Ghazi Khan on Thursday evening. According to details, 25 passengers were on way to their home on this vehicle, when it swept away in floodwater when its driver tried to cross the Nullah.
DPO Dera Ghazi Khan Tasadduq Hayat Awan said Rescue team saved four persons including the driver of the vehicle and a woman, while six bodies were found and remaining are missing. He said, "I am not confident that all the missing people were killed or alive." Rescue team incharge Dr Natiq said that total 13 people including women and children were drowned.
