Chairman Senator Muhammad Ali said that exercise is necessary for healthy mind and body. It helps in relaxing the body and keeping the mind clean of tensions. If you cannot resist the fatty food, you must join a Gymnasium, he remarked. CEO of Sitara Group, Mian Muhammad Idrees, said on the opening of Gymnasium Thursday that the facility meets all the international standards of exercise.
Soon an American exercise trainer would join the staff of the Gymnasium and train them on international standards. He said the exercise equipment is certified as per global standards laid for 2008 and 2012 Olympics. He said the group has plans to open such Gymnasiums in other big cities, depending on the memberships of exercise club. "If 1,000 persons registered in the gymnasiums than they will open branches in Sialkot, Gujranwala, Lahore, Rawalpindi and other cities", he added. Idrees disclosed that the first exercise Gymnasium was opened in Faisalabad and after its success, now the Sitara group intends to open branches in other parts of the country.
