The federal government has appointed Mushtaq Shah, a Grade 21 officer of Police Services of Pakistan, as Inspector-General od Police (IGP), Sindh. The Establishment Division on Friday issued a notification regarding his appointment.
In other directives, the Establishment Division asked the out-going IGP Sindh, Wajid Ali Durani, and Additional Inspector-General of Police, Karachi, Saud Mirza to report to Division for their further postings. The new IGP Sindh has served the country as DIGP Operations Karachi, DIGP Prisons, RPO Hyderabad, and Additional IGP, Traffic.
