Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) of Police has busted an inter-provincial gang of dacoits and also arrested four other criminals for having fake currency and drugs. The Police spokesman said that a special investigation team raided the hideout of inter-provincial gang of dacoits in Malpur area and arrested five gang members besides, recovering three pistols and a car from their possession.
During the initial investigation, they confessed dacoities in the areas of Sabzi Mandi, Raja Bazaar, Fateh Jang road, Dheri Hassanabad, flour mill at Fateh Jang road and stores in various areas. Moreover, police nabbed two persons from different areas of the city.
