Markazi Tanzeem-e-Tajraan has expressed concerns over the condition of form-D while filing of income taxes returns/statements and termed that the move could multiple miseries of terrorism hit business community of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. The association clarified that the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa business community will not submit Form-D, if anybody presented it, will be considered void.
In a statement issued by Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) here on Friday, in which the association president, Sharafat Ali Mubarak, expressed voice concern over the condition of submission of Form-D with the taxes returns. He warned if the government forcibly imposed the decision, it would bring dire consequences. He vowed that the association will oppose any unfair decision and continue its support to business community of the province. "We will not tolerate any injustice and conspiracy against the business community", he warned. Sharafat Mubarak clarified that the business community will not submit Form-D, if any trader goes against it, will be non-functional.
