Welcoming the suspension of Natologistic supply to US-alliance troops in Afghanistan, All Pakistan Oil Tankers Owners Association (APOTOA), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, held a rally here at supply depot in Taro Jabba, demanding for permanently stoppage of the supply.
The rally was led by APOTOA president, Nasir Khan along with scores of oil tankers owners and drivers. They were holding placards and banners inscribed slogans against the US-led coalition forces attack on military check posts in Mohmand agency. The protesters staged a sit-in in front of oil depot station and logistic terminal in Taro Jabba. "We will not tolerate US hegemony more in this part of region, said a protester.
Addressing the rally, APOTOA president, Nasir Khan has strongly deplored the unprovoked Nato/ISAF troops air strikes military check posts and said that this was not first to target security forces and civilians in foreign forces aggression. He said that the International Security Assistance Forces (ISAF), had apologised for hitting military personnel and innocent tribesmen in several synchronised attacks.
Khan termed the attack was against the sovereignty and integrity of the country, and open aggression against Nato-led alliance troops against Pakistan. He demanded of the government to stop supply till responsible of the attack bring to justice. Later, the protesters offered "Dau'aa" for departure soul of martyred soldiers, integrity and solidarity of the country.
