Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Chief Minister, Ameer Haider Khan Hoti on Saturday ruled out any political change in the country, saying government will complete its five year constitutional period, and those who want to come to power should wait till next general elections. "Nobody can dare derail democratic government through any unconstitutional mean", he said.
He said that everybody right to take part in politics, which was great reflection of democratic norms, but there needs to keep ethical values high by discoursing aspect of personalization in the politics. He further said that the Pakhtun culture and tradition are forbidden any immoral practices. CM said that it will decide in next general elections that the people are more powerful, than any individual. He added the present democratic government elected through power of vote, and people not body could derail it through any unconstitutional way.
Addressing a public gathering here Kandara Khazana Dari in District Mardan on Saturday, he said ANP government had fully implemented its party manifesto and provided maximum relief to people of the province. Hoti said that the government has given identity to the province, and have much autonomy in decision making after the passage of 18th constitutional amendment. He stressed the national integrity and awareness in the present situation. He said that government is ready to hold talk with those who were shun the path of violence, and give guarantee to live peaceful life.
He dispelled the impression that the government had kept focus only development of District Mardan, but we gave equal right to all districts of the province. He added the government had given priority to district Mardan to other areas of the province. Chief Minister Ameer Hoti welcomed the people for joining the ANP and said that the party will be strengthened after a large number of people are going to affiliate with it.
On the occasion, former Union Council nazim, Talwat Khan and Malik Amir Bacha, Sher Alam, Haji Qaisar, Abdullah, Noor Gul and Ameer Mohamamd of the locality announced to join ANP by quitting from Jamiat Ulema Islam (JUI). ANP district President Haji Farooq Akram Khan and Secretary General, Latifur Rehman and party stalwarts and activities were present on the occasion. Earlier, Chief Minister inaugurated a Guli Bagh road in district Charssada road and another project in district Mardan completed at cost of over Rs 50 million.
