Lieutenant General HI (M) Naeem Khalid Lodhi (Retd), Secretary Defence who is also Chairman of PCAA Board, visited Headquarters Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Karachi on 27th December. According to the Media Co-ordinator PCAA, Ismail Khoso, the Secretary was briefed by Air Marshal Khalid Chaudhry (Retd), DGCAA about facilities provided to the stakeholders by Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.
Secretary was also briefed about the running mega projects of PCAA like, New Benazir Bhutto International Airport Islamabad, up-gradation of Multan International Airport, New Gwadar International Airport and construction of New Airport at Thar (Islamkot).
The DGCAA was accompanied by Deputy DGCAA, AVM Junaid Ahmed Siddiqui and Directors of the Authority. Secretary Defence appreciated the performance of PCAA, thoroughly and assured of his support to take this vibrant organisation to greater heights.-PR
