The Chief Justice of Sindh High Court has posted District & Sessions Judge, Mushtaq Ahmed Kalwar at Tharparkar Mithi against the post lying vacant.
The chief justice and the Judges of Sindh High Court have ordered the transfers and postings of two Additional District & Sessions Judges, with immediate effect in the public interest including Abdul Rasheed Shah from Shikarpur to Mehar against newly created post and Abrar Hussain F. Memon from Khairpur to Sanghar against newly created post. The Chief Justice/Authority, Sindh High Court has re-instated Syed Muhammad Naqi, Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate Ratodero, in service, with immediate effect.
