Chief Justice Islamabad High Court (IHC) has constituted five single and two division benches to hear a number of cases for next week starting from Monday. Five single benches include Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan, Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kasi, Justice Noorul Haq N Qureshi, Justice Shaukat Aziz Sidqui and Justice Muhammad Azim Khan Afridi.
The first division bench (DB) comprises Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan, Justice Muhammad Azim Khan Afridi and the second bench includes Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kasi and Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui. All the benches will resume hearing over 250 cases during the next week. However, the bench comprises Chief Justice Iqbal Hameedur Rehman could not work in the next week due to the proceedings of Commission constituted by the Supreme Court on Memo issue.
