Guwar sharply up in thin trade on grain market

Low business was seen on the wholesale grain and seed market on Monday in process of trading, they said. On the grams side guwar Sindh and Punjab were sharply higher by Rs 900 to Rs 9600-9700, other items remained unchanged in slow trading, they said.
On the rice sector Irri-6 Sindh low type shed Rs 30to Rs 3020 and better type retained overnight level at Rs 3100, they said. On the seeds counter cottonseed oilcake with bag inferior type was unchanged at Rs 650 while the best type was up by Rs 50 to Rs 800, they said. Prices did not move any side on the cereal side, they said.
