Dry weather forecast for next 24 hours

Meteorologi-cal department on Wednesday predicted mostly dry weather with dense fog in plain areas during next 24 hours. Director MET office Muhammad Hanif said that weather was expected to be dry in most parts of the country during next 24 hours and dense fog would prevail.
Talking to PTV, Dr Hanif said that Islamabad, Balochistan and most parts of KPK would receive light rain after three days. He said that recent spell of snow fall had ended and in the plain areas weather was already pleasant. Temperature in Murree had been recorded at -5 and that hilly region including Galiat would receive heavy snow fall in coming three days, he added. He said that spell of dense fog in Islamabad and southern areas of Punjab would continue to persist during next week as well. Last spell of rains in KPK, Punjab and upper areas of Balochistan had been very useful for the wheat crop, he added.
