ABIDJAN: Cocoa arrivals at ports in top grower Ivory Coast reached about 1.126 million tonnes by Jan. 28 since the start of the season on Oct. 1, exporters estimated on Monday, down from 1.132 million tonnes for the same period last year.
Exporters estimated that about 33,000 tonnes of beans were delivered to the port of Abidjan and another 34,000 tonnes to San Pedro for a total of 67,000 tonnes delivered between Jan. 22 and 28. That compares with 49,000 tonnes during the same period last season.
