Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on Saturday extended the last date for submission of applications with National Testing Service (NTS) to March 15. According to a LDA's spokesperson, applications are invited for 12 vacancies of office assistants, 20 posts of stenographers, eight jobs of sub-engineers (civil) and two vacancies each of sub-engineers electrical as well as mechanical besides 24 posts of data entry operator in LDA.
Offline test for these posts shall be held on April 15 only at Lahore. Application form is available on NTS website (www.nts.org.pk); however, the candidates who have already applied for these posts need not apply afresh. Provisional list of candidate shall be available on NTS website on March 20.
Candidate may request for correction of his/her name and particulars through NTS website until March 30. Roll number slips and test centre details shall be separately dispatched directly to candidate by NTS at least one week before the test. Result of the written test shall be announced on April 25 on NTS website. Other terms and conditions will remain the same. Meanwhile, LDA Director Metropolitan Planning Sheikh Abdul Qayyum retired from service upon attaining superannuation on Saturday.
