Four gangs of dacoits busted

The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) of capital police busted four gangs involved in dacoities, vehicle snatching and thefts. CIA police nabbed Amir Khan, Jabin Khan, and Ameen Khan who were involved in a fake episode of snatching a vehicle (LRJ-4774) owned by Vel Khan s/o Kabil Khan after kidnapping his driver. CIA police also recovered the vehicle and started further investigation, a police official said.
He said that two other gangs of dacoits were also busted by CIA police and the accused were identified as Muhammad Yousuf, Muhammad Arsahd, Shaukat Ali, Niamat Khan. They have confessed of their involvement in dacoities in the area of Sahlimar and Shehzad town police limits, he said. He said that yet another gang of thieves was arrested and stolen items were recovered from them.
