Leader of Pakistan Muslim League-N and Special Assistant to Chief Minister Punjab, Senator Pervaiz Rashid has said that there is no truth in the allegations levelled by the characters of Mehran Bank scam against President Pakistan Muslim League-N, Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Punjab, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif.
He said that these allegations are being repeated by those personalities without any solid proof who have a long history of political differences with Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif. Pervaiz Rashid said the newspapers of 1996 are witness to this fact that this was Muslim League-N who exposed Mehran Bank scam and informed the media with documentary proof about these characters. Pervaiz Rashid said that exposing Mehran Bank scam is a clear proof of clean politics of Muslim League-N.
