Chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Mumtaz Haider Rizvi held a series of meetings in Lahore this weekend to strengthen this effort and to remove the hurdles, if any, to achieve the revenue collection target well in time.
According to a press release of the FBR issued here on Sunday, the Chairman FBR was invited to hold a meeting with the newly established think-tank S-Cubed on Saturday to discuss the way forward of enhancing revenue generation in Pakistan.

S-Cubed has been established to provide the necessary input from the stakeholders as part of Chairman FBR's Collective Wisdom initiative. The Chairman believes in better policy formulation and fine-tuning through constant feedback and input from stakeholders, to enhance revenue collection. This newly created think-tank, comprising of more than 25 CEOs of major companies has been established to provide the background input for policy formulation and feedback.-PR
