Chairman, Wattan Party, Barrister, Zafarullah, has approached the Lahore High Court with prayer to restrain the government to making any deal with India especially on electricity. The petitioner contended that India has constructed dams illegally and the matter is already pending with international water commission.
He said that our case before the commission would weaken if government make deal with India. He, therefore, prayed to the court to restrain the respondent government from making any deal with India.
