Interactive session on energy saving held

USAID in collaboration with Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) organised interactive sessions on gender and effective energy saving habits at Government College for Women, People's Colony, No II, Government Islamia Girls Degree College, Eid Ghah Road, Shiblee Girls Degree College, Madina Town, and Government College for Women, Gulistan Colony.
Female officers from FESCO delivered lectures. Similar sessions have already been conducted in colleges of Islamabad and Gujranwala. These interactive sessions are aimed at creating awareness among female students about effective energy saving measures that can be adopted at their homes and schools. These sessions enlighten female students about the role and responsibilities of power distribution companies in general and FESCO in particular and also inform the students and teachers about effective energy saving measures that can be adopted at their homes and schools.
