Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), provincial President Pir Sabir Shah on Wednesday said that if the newly elected Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf would fail to address the key issues and honour the judgements of superior judiciary, will face the same fate like Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani.
He said that country is being faced enormous internal and external challenges owing to wrong policies of the PPP-led coalition government, adding that rulers were not sincere to focus on problems confronting the poor masses as situation was getting precious with each passing day.
Addressing at a press conference at Peshawar Press Club on Wednesday, he said that the PPP-led coalition government was incapable and impassive as it could not provide any kind of relief to the masses against unemployment, power outages, raising inflation and worst law and order situation in the country.
On the occasion, a group of people led by Sahibzada Sanaullah of Dir Upper resigned from Jamaat-i-Islami (JI) and joined the PML-N. Pir Sabir, who is also member of provincial assembly, said that due to the flawed policies by the ruling party countrymen were facing numerous problems including unemployment and law and order situation while no remedial measures were taken to pull the country out of the uncertainty.
While responding the questions of reporters, he said PML-N was not confined to independent of judiciary but it was the party's stand for free judiciary and that was the reason behind their struggles otherwise, it had also fully focused on public issues.
He claimed his party had a comprehensive plan for the solution of incessant load shedding and would give top priority to stabilise economy of the country if came into power. He added his party chief Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif was the only leader who could put Pakistan on the right direction steer it out of the worst situation, unemployment, power outage and other problems being faced by the masses. The provincial president said the people had got rid of the government because of its failure and that's why large of individuals and parties were merging into PML-N.
