TEHRAN: Ambassador of Pakistan to Iran H.E Rahim Hayat Qureshi presented his credentials to President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Dr. Hassan Rouhani, today in Tehran.

Welcoming Ambassador Rahim Hayat Qureshi, President Hassan Rouhani underscored the cultural, religious, historical affinities and commonalities between the two brotherly countries. He expressed satisfaction at the level of bilateral cooperation in all fields and emphasized on further promoting trade and economic ties. He hoped that during the tenure of Ambassador Rahim Qureshi, the bilateral relations will be further strengthened. He fondly recalled the visits of Prime Minister Imran Khan and hoped that both the sides would effectively pursue the decisions taken by the political leadership of both the countries. -PR
