This development shows that the Sindh government has just failed to deal with the situation.
It also constitutes a sardonic comment on the overall performance of Sindh government. There is a deluge of civic problems in Karachi following the recent downpours. It is about time the Sindh government pulled its socks up without any further loss of time.
