ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry said on Saturday that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif's departure to London for medical treatment caused a great setback to the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's (PTI's) narrative and the process of accountability.

"Maryam Nawaz and PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif want all cases against them to be shut meanwhile Maryam and Nawaz want to destroy the politics of Shahbaz Sharif."
"Pakistan entered the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) grey list due to Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and PML-N. Shahbaz Sharif and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari cannot gather enough persons to fill a marriage hall in their combined rally."
"The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is an independent body. Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazal (JUI-F) President Fazl-ur-Rehman is running a party comprising rented crowd at the moment," he added.
