QUETTA: Balochistan will recommend opening of primary schools from October 15 in the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) session, a spokesman for the provincial government said here on Saturday. Balochistan government's spokesman Liaquat Shahwani said that the province was opening its academic institutes in phases.
He said that the government would have teachers and students tested for the coronavirus in schools across the province. The government would ensure maximum number of tests in schools to detect COVID-19 cases after reopening of the educational institutes. The number of cases reported at the educational institutes of Balochistan stands at 406.
