CSD now open to civilians

Now civilians can have the prerogative to shop at all CSDs (Canteen Stores Department) throughout Pakistan for best quality household products at reasonable prices compared to open market. The CSD Managing Director, Major General Anwar Saeed Khan stated this at the inaugural of Guard Auto Zone's (GAZ) outlet by Guard Group of Industries at CSD The Mall Road, Lahore Cantonment, on Sunday.
Major General Anwar Saeed said that earlier the CSD was meant for armed forces personnel only, now the facilities have been extended to civilians irrespective of their social status.
The CSD and GAS have signed a MoU, under which the Guard Auto Zone would open up its outlets at CSDs in all major cities for best quality automobile oil change and other related services at the state-of-the-art outlet, he added.
