Additional district and Sessions judge Lahore has cancelled the bail of former Accountant General Punjab Muhammad Aslam for not appearing before the court who was involved in murder of APCA accountant general office President Baksh Elahi. Earlier the counsel of Baksh Elahi contended before the court that the applicant neither joined investigation nor appeared before the court for confirmation of his bail.
He said the action of the applicant to ignore the court proceedings and the investigation exposed him as the accused in the case. He therefore prayed to the court to cancel his bail and court cancel the same accordingly on non-prosecution basis.
