Unconfirmed reports also suggest that the Cabinet may transfer Sugar Advisor Board (SAB) to Ministry of Commerce or Ministry of National Food Security and Research as the newly appointed Minister for Industries and Production, Khusro Bakhtyar has requested Prime Minister to transfer SAB to another Ministry due to his family’s interests in sugar manufacturing to which the Prime Minister reportedly agreed.
