President of United States Barack Obama greeted Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. In his message of greetings to Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf, President Barack Obama said, "Ramazan is a time for families and communities to enjoy the tradition of coming together in reflection, devotion, and service."
"On behalf of the American people, I extend best wishes, as you and your people celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr. It is my hope that the holy month of Ramazan brings to all Muslims a time of sharing and renewal," he added. He said, "May you and your people enjoy peace, health, and prosperity in the coming year.
