KARACHI: On Monday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 13.032 billion and the number of lots traded 9,644. Major business was contributed by DJ amounting to PKR 2.717 billion, followed by Gold (PKR 2.357 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.346 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.339 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.421 billion), Platinum (PKR 651.231 million), SP 500 (PKR 382.685 million), Japan Equity (PKR 295.223 million), Silver (PKR 255.179 million), Natural Gas (PKR 208.624 million) and Copper (PKR 55.579 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 42 lot of Cotton amounting to PKR 39.432 million were traded.
