KARACHI: On Thursday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 18.418 billion and the number of lots traded at 15,639. Major business was contributed by NSDQ 100 amounting to PKR 6.475 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 3.817 billion), Gold (PKR 2.889 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 2.569 billion), Natural Gas (PKR 899.446 million), Silver (PKR 557.624 million), Platinum (PKR 514.411 million), DJ (PKR 408.949 million), SP 500 (PKR 174.563 million), Copper (PKR 97.005 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 14.259 million).
In Agricultural Commodities, 3 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 3.323 million were traded.
