ISLAMABAD: The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has fixed a fee of Rs2,000 for online filing and Rs8,000 for physical submission of statement of beneficial ownership and annual returns with the commission.
In this connection, the SECP has issued SRO 568 (I)/2022, here on Tuesday.
According to the notification, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (g) of section 2 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997, the SECP with the approval of the Securities and Exchange Policy Board, in supersession of its earlier notification SRO 1053 (I)/2015 dated October 28, 2015, hereby specifies the fee to be charged for filing of statement of beneficial ownership and annual returns under sections 102, 103, and 107 of Securities Act, 2015 read with Reporting and Disclosure (of shareholding by Directors, Executive Officers and Substantial Shareholders in Listed Companies) Regulations, 2015, the SECP added.
