The court passed these directions after a Deputy Attorney General stated that the AGP was to appear in these proceedings in response to a notice served upon him.
He said the AGP could not attend the instant proceedings on Wednesday and sought an adjournment account of being summoned by the Supreme Court of Pakistan at Quetta. Wasim Sajjad appeared before the court and stated that he had received instructions from the Federal government.
