PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company and Government Technical Teachers Training College (GTTTC) have joined hands for cooperation within the technical fields of engineering, technology, entrepreneurship, economic and other relevant activities.
In this connection a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between both parties here in the KP-EZDMC head office on Tuesday.
The KP-EZDMC was represented by its CEO Javed Iqbal Khattak while GTTTC was represented by its Principal Engr Dr Hazrat Hussain.
Under this MoU, both the parties will establish a collaborative platform to meet and function for mutual benefits and strengthen cooperation within the technical fields of engineering and technology, entrepreneurship, economic activities and other relevant fields.
GTTTC, under the memorandum, would provide technical support in campaigns including green energy practices adoptions, energy conservation, waste management education, and plantation efforts.
Furthermore, GTTTC will provide internship and short-term employment placements to students to obtain experience in appropriate industries.
On the other hand, KP-EZDMC will facilitate industrial surveys, studies, information collection and will support joint research and development (R&D) and technology package development in identified areas on agreed terms and help with productivity, process efficiency, and quality training.
KP-EZDMC staff will also deliver lectures to GTTTC and will also support the development of Industry linkages with GTTTC.
