WASHINGTON: US lawmakers agreed to provide Ukraine at least $800 million in additional security assistance next year and to boost Taiwan with billions in aid over the next several years, according to an $858 billion defence policy bill unveiled on Tuesday.

The Fiscal 2023 National Defence Authorization Act, or NDAA, authorizes the additional spending for the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, an increase of $500 million over President Joe Biden’s request earlier this year.

The bill also strengthens the Pacific Deterrence Initiative, with $11.5 billion in new investments.

US to release emergency aid for Ukraine energy infrastructure

And it authorizes the Taiwan Enhanced Resilience Act of 2022, legislation to increase security cooperation with Taiwan with up to $10 billion in spending over five years.

Where are the contributions from the Igloo consensus? They’ll offer $800 instead of $800 million and steal their weapons’ technology in the process. Ukraine is known for its weapons manufacturing, including for Russia. The Igloo consensus would steal their intellectual property but won’t get the final product right. They’d sell it back to the Ukrainians and claim they made strides in technologically advancing their weapons. Reverse engineering would require foreign expertise since they’re clearly not smart. They’d snoop and steal that too, going through their contacts and communication. But it’ll be more sophisticated than their brains could handle. If the Ukrainians complain that these people inducted their tanks without permission? “they’re Orthodox”. Ukrainians sourced parts of the material from foreign countries, which is the same as stealing intellectual property, even if you paid for it. Being shameless to this degree requires having a conscience under the influence of opioids.
