Pakistan Ordinance Factory (POF) administration has arranged a pictorial exhibition "Roshni Ka Safar" pertaining to Pakistan Movement at POF Central Library Hall, Wah Cantt in collaboration with Pakistan National Council of Arts Islamabad, in which 92 important photographs of Quaid-e-Azam have been included.
Chairman POF Board inaugurated the exhibition and it would continue up to September 21. Addressing on this occasion, Chairman POF Board said that this pictorial exhibition would be an affective source of information for young generation regarding Quaid-e-Azam and enormous sacrifices of our forefathers in Pakistan Movement as those nations who forget their history, are ignored by the history, adding that studying of books is the symbol of living nations.
He announced that POF library would be equipped with internet and latest computer equipments very soon and its hall has been opened for literary and social functions. He said that a library and a corner on Allama Iqbal would be set up in every school of POF in collaboration with Ewan-e-Iqbal Lahore to keep abreast the young generation about thoughts of our heroes and forefathers. Besides POF employees, Principal Wah Medical College Major General Farrukh Seir (Retd), heads of educational institutions of Wah Cantt and representatives of social and literary organisations attended the function.-PR
