KARACHI: Gold prices on Friday posted mammoth gains on the local market, traders said. They shot up by Rs5000 to Rs186100 per tola and Rs4287 to Rs159551 per 10 grams.
Gold prices on the world market were quoted for $1900 per ounce.
Silver prices grew by Rs30 to Rs2100 per tola and Rs25.72 to Rs1800.41 per 10 grams, traders said.
