ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Czech Republic have agreed to further enhance existing bilateral relations and also expand cooperation in new areas of mutual interest.
The two sides held bilateral consultations on Tuesday here in which Pakistan’s side was led by additional foreign secretary (Europe), M Saleem while Czech Republic’s delegation was headed by the visiting Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Jiri Kozak, Foreign Office said in a tweet.
During the talks, bilateral relations, regional and global issues of mutual interest were discussed.
In a separate tweet, Foreign Office said that Special Secretary Syrus Sajjad Qazi met the visiting Czech Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Jiri Kozak.
“They agreed to further enhance existing bilateral ties and also expand cooperation in new areas. Also exchanged views on important regional and global matters,” it added.
