Campaign begins to recover motor vehicle tax

The Excise & Taxation Department, Government of Sindh has launched a road checking campaign to nab the defaulters of motor vehicle tax throughout the province. Director, Excise & Taxation Hyderabad Auranzaib Panhwar has constituted twelve-member special checking committee headed by Deputy Director Excise & Taxation Hyderabad Saeed Ahmed Junejo to carryout road checking and take action on account of non-payment of motor vehicle tax.
This team to pay surprise visits at different roads of different places from October 13 to 23. The owners of motor vehicles have been advised to clear their dues of tax before the campaign.
